The information we collect
The sort of personal information we might collect from you includes your name, gender, age, address, email address, your interactions with our websites and social media profiles (this may include your social medial handles, IP address, location data from your device and cookies), phone number, fax number, credit card information, order and purchase history with us and information about your areas of interest. For current and prospective employees, we will also collect name, gender, age, address, email address, phone number, emergency contacts, information related to your right to work in Australia, bank and superannuation accounts and prior employment history.
Consequence of not providing information
You have no obligation to provide personal information which you do not wish to disclose. In some circumstances, however, if we do not have the required personal information, we may be unable to provide you with access to goods or services or to employment that require the collection of that information.

We use “Google Signals” activation on our site. We use reports provided by this activation tool so that we can associate the visitation information collected from our site with Google information from accounts of signed-in users targeting demographics and specific customer interest. The Google information may include end user location, search history, YouTube history and data from sites that partner with Google and is used to provide aggregated and anonymised insights into a customer’s cross device behaviour. These integrated services are used which require Google Analytics to collect data for advertising purposes.
Use of Cookies
Our website does not use cookies to collect your personal information. Cookies are only used to complete orders on our site. A 'cookie' is a small file which contains a piece of text identifying your browser to our site. It is quite common for online shopping sites to send such a 'cookie', and its purpose is to tell us that a previous visitor to www.Ionic Publications.com.au has returned. Spam

Ionic Publications does not generally disclose personal information to third parties. In some circumstances personal information may be disclosed to third parties who perform services on behalf of Ionic Publications for the purpose of providing you with goods and services or, in the case of current and potential employees, to assist Ionic Publications in the management of the employment relationship. Ionic Publications requires third parties who receive your personal information to comply with Australian Privacy laws. Ionic Publications does not sell or rent any personal information.
Ionic Publications is part of the “Ionic Publications Group” of which Ionic Publications Holdings Pty Ltd is the parent entity. Ionic Publications may disclose information to a company in the Ionic Publications Group. We will only do this where you have agreed to accept marketing communications and where marketing information from our sibling entity may be of interest to you.
Storage of information

Overseas storage
Most personal information held by Ionic Publications is held on computer systems located within the Commonwealth of Australia.
